TURCHETTE LAUNCHES NEW PATIENT-FRIENDLY WEBSITE FOR WEILL CORNELL UROLOGY DEPARTMENT

Turchette recently launched a new, patient- and mobile-friendly website for The Department of Urology at Weill Cornell Medical College.  This 178-page site provides easy access to highly-acclaimed physicians and the latest news and information about urology.  The site (http://urology.weillcornell.org) also includes a Patient Portal and a Request an Appointment option.  It was developed in a Drupal content management system, adheres to stringent WCMC branding and IT requirements and links to the new Weill Cornell Medicine and New York-Presbyterian websites.

The Department of Urology at Weill Cornell Medical College has six locations in New York, however, patients come from across the globe seeking diagnosis and treatment of numerous clinical conditions.  Under the direction of Dr. Peter N. Schlegel, MD, Chairman of the Department, their world-renowned physicians collaborate with Radiology, Medicine and Pathology to provide optimal diagnosis and treatment to enhance patient outcomes.
