TURCHETTE EMPLOYEES ENJOY A SOCIAL THROWDOWN AT STUMPY’S HATCHET HOUSE

Rather than a company picnic or restaurant outing, this year Turchette opted to hold its Annual Summer Palooza at Stumpy’s Hatchet House in Fairfield, NJ. What a fun place! Hatchet-throwing, corn hole, shuffleboard, Jenga, Connect Four, food, drinks… A good time was had by all!  

At first, some of us were hesitant to heave the hatchet, but in the end, everyone tried it … and loved it! Account Executive Meghan Gillen rang the bullseye bell quite a bit! She came in first place in our hatchet-throwing competition.  

We also had an intense corn hole tournament. Gineen Sarafin & Danette Green put up a good fight in the finals, but agency president Jim Gorab & media/PR intern Theresa Tuminello were the 2019 Turchette Corn Hole Champions!

As a souvenir of our company event, Stumpy’s let us take one of the two-by-fours back to the office. We all signed it and Jim plans to hang it in our creative lounge. It was indeed a social throwdown to remember!
