Promotions: Recognizing Dedication and Excellence
Caitlin Bishop has been promoted to Account Supervisor. Caitlin has been with us for 3 years and has consistently proved her dedication to providing exceptional solutions, and achieving outstanding results, for our clients. Her enthusiasm, combined with her expertise, has led to numerous successful projects and innovations. We are confident she will bring even more value to our team and clients.
Fred Ghilino has been promoted to Account Director. Throughout Fred’s journey with Turchette, he has consistently showcased excellence in managing client relationships, strategic planning – both for clients and the agency, and new business development. His forward-thinking approach has played a significant role in our growth. We’re excited to see where Fred will take us in his new role.

Zach Weston has joined the Turchette team as a Senior Account Executive.
We are always on the lookout for bright minds and passionate individuals, and we are excited to welcome Zach to the team! He joins us with several years of experience in event marketing for leading companies in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), healthcare, IT, and logistics. His broad expertise in business development, marketing automation, lead generation, partnership management and outbound marketing will give him a unique perspective on engagement opportunities and emerging technologies for the agency’s global client base.
